Mobile Court (Product Quality Control and Weight Measurement)

Today 28-11-2022 AD. A mobile court was conducted in Bahubal upazila of Habiganj district. If a complaint is filed against the following organizations in the mobile court, the case is settled by collecting fines from the mobile court. Details are as follows:
M/s Jewel Bakery, New Bazar, Bahubal, Habiganj was fined Tk.25,000 due to Manufacturing , selling and distributing  various types of Biscuit, Bread, Cake products without BSTI certification.

Upazila Administration, Bahubal, Habiganj Upazila Nirbahi Magistrate Mr. Mahua Sharmin Fatema led by BSTI Divisional Office Sylhet Officer Mr. Mohammad Parvez Miah, Field Officer (CM) participated as a prosecutor in the mobile court.
 Such operations of BSTI Sylhet will continue.
