Details
Today 28/07/2022 AD a mobile court was conducted in Madhavpur upazila of Habiganj district.

A fine of Tk.10,000 under the relevant section of the BSTI Act 2018 for illegally selling, distributing and marketing drinking water products using the logo of BSTI on the packaging and providing false information without obtaining the license of BSTI, M/s The New Chemical and Food Beverage, Durgapur Bazar, Andiura, Madhavpur, Habiganj.

The said mobile court was conducted under the leadership of learned executive magistrate and upazila executive officer Mr. Sheikh Moinul Islam Moin. BSTI officer eng. ANM Farhad Hossain, Field Officer (CM) served as the prosecutor.
