Mobile Court (Product Quality Control)

Today 26-09-2022. A mobile court was conducted in different areas of Sylhet Sadar Upazila. If a complaint is filed against the following organizations in the mobile court, the case is settled by collecting fines from the mobile court. Details are as follows:
M/s Mr. Sweet Food Products, BSCIC, Khadimnagar, Sylhet were fined TK.30,000 due to Manufacturing, selling and distributing various types of Biscuit, Bread, Cake products without BSTI certification.

Under the leadership of its Executive Magistrate Mr. Abida Sultana, BSTI Divisional Office Sylhet Officer Mr. Mohammad Parvez Miah, Field Officer (CM) participated as a prosecutor in the said mobile court.
