Today 23-08-2022 AD.A mobile court is operated in Baralekha upazila of Moulvibazar district.
 If a complaint was filed against the following 03 institutions in the mobile court for underpayment, the cases were settled by collecting a total fine of Tk. 24,000/- by the mobile court. Details are as follows:
1. M/s Muslim Petroleum, north Shahbazpur, Baralekha, Moulvibazar were fined Tk.20,000/- for underpayment of measurement and lack of verification certificate of the measurer.
2. M/s Nabila Petroleum, North Shahbazpur, Baralekha, Moulvibazar, was fined Tk.2,000/- for underpayment.
3. M/s Afzal Oil, Dakshin Shahbazpur, Baralekha, Moulvibazar were fined Tk.2,000/- for underpayment.

4 M/s Soleman Mia Filling Station, Chandagram, Baralekha, Moulvibazar are thanked for getting the measurements correct.
Baralekha Upazila Executive Officer and Executive Magistrate Khandaker Mudassir Bin Ali led by BSTI Divisional Office Sylhet Officer Suman Saha, Senior Inspector (Metrology) and Mr. Md. Yasir Arafat, Field Officer (CM) participated as prosecutors in the mobile court.
