Mobile Court (Weights and Measures and Product Quality Control)

Today 14-09-2022 AD. A mobile court was conducted in different areas of Sylhet city on the date. If a complaint is filed against the following institutions in the said mobile court, the case is settled by charging a fine by the mobile court. Details are as follows:
M/s Moghal Bread & Biscuit Factory, Hyderpur, Tukker Bazar, Sylhet was fined Tk.25,000/- for manufacturing, selling and distributing Biscuits, Breads, Chanchur products without obtaining BSTI quality certificate.


Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner's Office, Sylhet, Executive Magistrate Mr. Md. Mejbah Uddin, BSTI Divisional Office Sylhet Officer Mr. Mohammad Parvez Miah, Field Officer (CM) participated as a prosecutor in the mobile court.
