Today 10/08/2022 A.D. operation was conducted in the metropolis of Sylhet district.

In the said operation, M/s Chandra Enterprises, Lal Dighir Par, New Bazar, Sylhet, were selling-distributing and marketing banned Pakistani skin cream without obtaining license/exemption from BSTI, and a levied a penalty of 25000 tk.
At the same time Amiya Enterprises, Lal Dighi Par, New Bazar, Sylhet was destroyed in the presence of the Executive Magistrate on the orders of the learned court as a small quantity of banned Pakistani skin cream was found in the establishment.
The said Mobile Court is headed by the learned Executive Magistrate Sadia bint Solaiman. BSTI officials Prof. ANM Farhad Hossain, Field Officer (CM), Mr. Suman Saha, Senior Examiner (MET) and Mr. Mohammad Parvez Miah, Field Officer (CM) acted as prosecutors.
